Art. 2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
2.1. The seller undertakes to deliver and the buyer to accept and pay the price of the following vehicle (hereinafter referred to as "vehicle"):

2.2. The vehicle is sold in the state in which it is at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which the buyer is familiar with and accepts.
Art. 3. PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD

Art. 4. TRANSMISSION OF VEHICLES AND COSTS

4.3. All taxes, fees and expenses related to the transfer of ownership to the traffic police and the registration of the vehicle in the name of the buyer are at his expense.
Art. 5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
5.1. With the transfer of the vehicle all risks of damage, death and others pass to the buyer.
5.2. The buyer declares that he is familiar with the condition of the vehicle and accepts it as it is.
5.3. With regard to the guarantee of compliance and the broken deficiencies, the parties are governed by the provisions of the obligations and Contracts Act.
Art. 6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. For the purposes of performing this contract, the parties will process each other's personal data. Each party is the administrator of the supplied data.
6.2. The processing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of regulation (EU) 2016/679 (Apostille), the personal data protection act and the seller's Privacy Policy.
Art. 7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement, the parties shall endeavour to resolve in good faith.
7.2. If they do not reach an agreement, the disputes shall be referred to the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
Art. 8. OTHER ARRANGEMENTS
8.1. All matters not settled in this Treaty shall be subject to the provisions of the Bulgarian legislation in force.
8.2. The contract shall be drawn up in two identical copies, one for each of the parties.
8.3. All additions and amendments to this agreement are valid only if they are made in writing and signed by both parties.

All communications, notifications and written communications between the parties shall be deemed to have been received when sent to the following addresses::
